Over the weekend, Fr. Ray Kelly, the now-famous singing priest from Oldcastle, Co. Meath, brought the house down at a wedding ceremony by performing none other than Oasis’ classic “Wonderwall” — live at the altar, might I add.
The video, which has quickly gone viral (because of course it has), shows the moment Fr. Ray casually slips into the opening chords of the ’90s anthem, surprising the newlyweds and absolutely delighting the entire congregation.
